We have created our socialist republic by reclaiming land that was once the festering wastelands in the capitalistic regime of the granite city of Aberdeen. A city that was full of commercialistic profiteering in the trade of crude oil and the exploitation of our natural resources. No more will this happen in the Socialist Republic of NeroCipher, we enforce our equality and this is reflected in out republics motto :

"All Equality is Equal"
